Summary plot for on-water upper limit for pace

The upper limit for pace on the summary plot used to be around 3:15/500. Now, it seems to autoscale to a much bigger number (today's workout scale to 5:50) because I was doing an interval session and barely paddling during the rests.

I think it would be a more useful summary if we constrained the upper limit to 3:15 so you can see smaller variations in the work pieces.

Yes, I changed this on request.

3:15 as an upper boundary brought the data out of range for rows on coastal boats and/or in strong currents. I now have a soft boundary the allows for not more than 5% of the data to be outside the ranges.

So, I think a hard constraint cannot be done.
