minor language consistency issues

The terms upload and export are used inconsistently.

To export a workout to Strava or c2, you can go to the export page. Or if you do it as part of upload to rowsandall, you check a box called upload to strava or upload to C2.

Suggest that you change the box labels on the upload page to be consistent so they say: - export to strava - export to c2
