Add a CP Plot for OTE like the one for OTW

For OTE, we have the Ranking Pieces feature which is great for those who are focused on ranking distance/times in that it gives them useful predictive values for d/t they haven't tried. The OTW CP feature looks at all distances/times and arguably results in a more accurate CP plot. Would it be reasonable to provide this same capability for OTE work? It would certainly be more useful for those who don't focus on specific C2 ranking events.
