OTE CP Plot: Support Adding Distance Pieces to Predictions table

On the erg, some users prefer doing timed pieces (me) and others distance. Presently we support the addition of user defined time parameters to the predictions table; let's add support for the addition of distance parameters. Also consider making these additions "sticky" or user selectable in account settings?
