Team Coach can create challenge

• Distance or Duration
• Time window (date time open to date time close)
• Assign challenge to one or multiple of his teams

Team members get "submit to challenge" button for workouts of correct duration or distance, recorded in correct time window

Revoke from challenge button allowed - setting in challenge model
