CrewNerd TCX workout file cannot be uploaded via interface?

Former user created an issue

I export the a.m. file directly from the CrewNerd App via email in order to select the file afterwards via your interface page to be uploaded. Even without any other extra actions the error message occurs : "... file cannot be recognised".

    There was an error in the file you sent, namely

    XMLSyntaxError: StartTag: invalid element name, line 115569, column 29

    There was a tag that closes across a line break, so the error is in the XML. I will contact Tony.
