Add boat speed in meters per second as a flex plot add on parameter

Right now pace information is presented in 0:00/500m, which is awesome, but unfortunately because of that formatting, you don't get an avg for the displayed points on the flex plot. Today, I was trying to get an idea of my avg pace for the chunks of my workout that were are 28 spm. I thought if boat speed in m/s was available as a parameter, i could use that average instead.

It's just an idea. If it's easy and you agree, awesome. If not, I will not be heartbroken.
