Hide Boat Type When Selecting BikeErg as a Workout Type on Upload page

When I select BikeErg in the workouttype field, the 1X Boat Type doesn't disappear like it does for other non-boat options. Perhaps @Jos Pape could update his J script to include BikeErg.
