500 Error when creating new plan

Hello:

I am trying to create a Training Plan, but when I hit the "save" button after entering the name and dates of the new Plan, I get an error page saying 500 Internal Server Error.

Does not seem to matter what i put in as the name, or dates, or whether it is marked as "active" or not.
