Hello Sander; attached are matching files for humon data & Speedcoach/empower data. my concern in recent years has been to find a way to set my speed work intensity. The humon app seems to provide an approach to that need. I'm trying to get them to develop a step test that we might use with the empower oarlock if you have a private email I will share the humon login to my account.
