Jobs-Status Page Not Doing Interim Refreshes

Job-status page used to refresh every x seconds. It doesn't do that any more. When job is submitted, page reports "started". Progress bar doesn't appear until job is complete then it goes to 100%.

I realized it was just an issue of a missing trailing slash in the update URL. It's fixed and will be in the next release.
