Can't Upgrade Basic to Pro on Dev

Tried to upgrade mikemcguirk ([e-mail]) account on dev from Basic to Pro using several of the test credit cards. Card info seemed to be accepted but, after submitting and a few seconds of processing, I get the message "There was a problem with your payment.". I mark it as "trivial" because, you know, everything doesn't have to be perfect! :)
