"Include rest strokes" Button on Stats Page is Missing

Since the big upgrade about Feb 23rd +/-, the button on the stats page to "include rest strokes" is missing.

    this was probably missing since upgrading to the new design. Fixed and fix will be in next release on dev, then on prod
