Export to c2 fails

Still can't export to C2 (as of Mar 13 at 18Z. Get this message: "Something went wrong in workout_c2_upload_view. Response code 200/201 but C2 sync failed: {"message":"Could not create new result.","status_code":422,"errors":{"stroke_data":["Invalid stroke data"]}}" It was a CN TCX file (couldn't attach because it is "over 1 MB").

@mmcguirk Fix was easier than I thought. The new python3 created floating point numbers and the C2 logbook only accepts integers. Fixed locally and fix will be released to dev and prod today.
