CP chart improvements

For both OTE and OTW charts

• Chart begins to generate when you navigate to the page, before you’ve selected workouts.

• Selected workouts for the chart are shown below the chart instead of above as is done with other tools.

• Workout picker does not allow user to pick boat type
• Workout picker does not include keyword filtering
• Workout picker does not allow for filtering on ranked or unranked workouts.
