user interface for glue workouts is confusing.

1. It is called “Glue Workouts” in the menu and “Join Workouts” in the page
2. The layout does not follow the required flow of the task. The workout selection tools (filter by date, filter by type, filter by keyword) should be at the top, then the workout list, then the workout name, then the command
3. The buttons should be renamed to the convention used in other screens (Select workouts, Glue)
