Workout Summary Table: After Creating Intervals, Rest data is AFU

@Michael McGuirk I have just deployed a bug fix. Please test it. You can recalculate the summary to your already uploaded workouts by going to the workout Edit page, then replae “/edit/” at the end of the URL by “/recalcsummary/” like this:
