For US/Pacific, time is shifted. Exports well to SportTracks but not to Strava.
New rows from C2 always show the finish time rather than start time (C2 site also shows finish time, but Strava shows correct start time if auto upload from C2).

Time in the "Date/Time:" field is also shifted by the UTC offset, which is currently 7 hours for Oregon where I live. E.g. 45min row starting at 10:15am and finishing at 11am will show up as 4am start "Date/Time" and 11am in the editable "starttime" field.

When pushing to Strava from Rowsandall - rows on Strava always show this 4am value even if edited in Rowsandall. Pushing rows to ST is OK and if I change "starttime" to 10:15 then it shows that way in ST.

The analysis page on your site would be easier to navigate if it clearly showed which features were available for the current status level.
