No way to delete race result

I posted a result in the challenge dryrun that I had modified for test purposes. I then discovered there isn’t a way to withdraw a result. I think that will be needed if people inadvertantly submit a result from a double or want to pull their result for some reason. I even deleted the workout but the result is still there. We should also include a way to withdraw a registration.

A registration can be withdrawn before the start of the challenge window, but not during. I was envisioning a scenario where I would see that one of my arch rivals registers, so I quickly register to have a chance to beat him, and adjust my training plan to be in shape for this opportunity. If my rival withdraws during the race window (for example after I post my result), I would feel cheated.
