bikerg results from concept2 online logbook have issues

When I import an ergdata session from concept2, i get issues.

1. summary data is munged. Attached are screen shots of the summary from conceopt2 and rowsandall. average power is wrong and no HR is reported with the splits.
2. Export to strava yields uncertain results. One workout was fine, but another resulted in a relative effort of zero.
