OMG, Strava Webhooks Delete Function Works!

Even though neither Strava auto import or export are selected on the export settings page, when a workout is manually exported to Strava and subsequently deleted in Strava, webhooks deletes it on rowsandall as well. Recommend that the export settings page add a third Strava checkbox for webhooks with an appropriate “caution” statement about its power to delete workouts.

Not going to do an additional checkbox. Actually want to simplify the expert settings page. This is a big that needs fixing. That's all.

So after some thought I actually did implement an additional check box. However, I don't like the complexity of the Export Settings page.
