Warn users about GPX not being a valid file format on upload

Too often users, try to upload a GPX file. Perhaps a dedicated error warning (JavaScript, so real time when uploading) might help educate them. This could have a link to a guide to which file formats are valid and how to obtain the files from various apps/devices.

    Is now warning, but rowingdata tool is also now capable of handling gpx. Potentially we can work on adding GPX support
