Abandon calculated power?

Sander Roosendaal repo owner created an issue

The estimated power (aka “physics department”) is only an estimate. Therefore, these values are treated separately in the database from real measured (Empower oarlock) values. The code is therefore hard to maintain. I open this issue to discuss possible solutions.

    Calculated power sends a breakthrough message but the CP chart doesn’t update. This behavior needs to be consistent.
