Concept2/NK logs not importing

I'm trying to import my NK logs (and Concept2 logs), but no success yet. I see the Concept2 and NK Logs listed within the import list, but clicking on "import" and waiting for minutes, hours (and now days), I still see no results in the workout list.
What to do?

turned out to be a free coach account, not a rowers account

OK, I will take a look at it immediately. It is working fine for many users.
