For users who prefer to do intervals manually, the chart on the interval page is not very useful. I would suggest replacing it with a flex chart on which the user could select the desired metrics to be displayed and have the choice to include rest strokes.

Because that chart always includes rest strokes, so I am confused.

Adding user selectable metrics would make this page very complex. Which metrics would you prefer to see?

Now that I’m getting Empower data, I’d like to pick out my manual intervals using power instead of pace… and SPM.

I also am confused by the “work time” vs “ elapsed time” question. See issue #623.
