Concept2 online logbook "Import all NEW" fails to import all new

Import from C2 logbook account not working as expected

Click "Import all NEW" on https://www.rowsandall.com/rowers/workout/c2list/

Expected behaviour: imports all workouts from concept2 log that are not in rowsandall Actual behaviour: imports workouts from concept2 log that are on the first page in the c2 workout overview on rowsandall

Ok so noticing that, I would expect that: go to page 2 (https://www.rowsandall.com/rowers/workout/c2list/2/) press Import all NEW: all workouts not yet in rowsandall on page 2 of the overview will be imported.

Actual behaviour: nothing gets imported. I need to click each individual workout to import in rowsandall

I have released a fix and an improvement. Please test it out and report any issues. I would also like to know if you like the new interface.
