Overview refers to missing examples and seed project

The project overview refers to examples and a seed project, but there is not directory for these or links to where to find them. If your plan is to add them later, you might create folders for them in the repository even if they are empty for now as placeholders.

Thanks for the feedback, Stephen. We just released EasyLocal-3, and some things (including this) are still being fixed.

I have been eagerly waiting for v3 to become public and I'm sure there are lots of little things like this that still need to be done, so not worries. I would love to have a simple example of a VRP problem that I can start working with. I found a paper published that referred to a VRP problem but that code was not available. I think this is a wonderful project and I'll be looking for an opportunity to work with it in the near future.
