Documentation of Community Guidelines

Per the JOSS Review Checklist: “Community guidelines: Are there clear guidelines for third parties wishing to 1) Contribute to the software 2) Report issues or problems with the software 3) Seek support”

I could not find any guidelines in the motorcycle documentation. I suggest at a minimum adding them to the README file so that they show up on the front page of the online motorcycle repository.
