Add a Guild Bank item request feature

Finally, one of my guildies has a suggestion for an additional feature, I'm not sure if it is possible, but figured it was worth suggesting. A reserve/request feature, where members can actually click on the guild bank items they see and there would be some sort of request option which is then visible to other members "Jack has requested Blacksmithing plans". But I don't think this should block others from being able to request it, our guild doesn't work simply on a first-come-first-served basis. If someone requests half an hour before someone else and I haven't been in-game yet to distribute it, we look at the specifics of the two ppl, they can only request something they can already learn and mains take priority over alts. Another reason in-game requests would be nice is that, although all our members are on discord, they don't all use it and so don't see the requests in the guild bank channel.
