Non-widescreen videos display issue

When adding non-widescreen (i.e. 16:9) videos to the playlist, they are sometimes not displayed. (The sound works, but the video is not displayed.)

For instance, download and put in the playlist, the 1st file on the following page (MP4, 360x288, sd 27.5 MB): https://openbeelden.nl/media/656016/Metro_NS_Station_in_Bijlmermeer_officieel_geopend_en_tunnelaanleg_Nieuwmarktbuurt

The sound can be heard, but the video is not visible. Other more recent widescreen videos on Open Beelden do work normally, though.
