You are probably not loading all of the pages - it's something like 30 members per page. My fix was to just load pages 1-1000. Works fine.

Yeah, you can't load more than a certain number of members per page request and I didn't want to automatically load every page since some orgs would then generate a ton of traffic. Just set the max page to 1000 or something and it will get them all. Just don't expect it to be fast for huge orgs.
