trivial update.

In the last update I had missed out an MQTT disconnect before connecting - hence if there WAS a problem with MQTT, on the second attempt the unit would lock up as against keeping on retrying until an eventual reboot. Now fixed.

Complete with terminal experiments - second font does not work - characters stagger on second byte even though I read and write as a 16 bit word... hence I've not documented this until I or someone else gets it to work. Updated version - oh and on the flash read stuck interrupt disable around it - in some weird circumstances of foreground and background reading could get rubbish returned - very rare but this stops it completely/.

rom0.ld needed an alignment fix - the ESPRESSIF manual still states incorrectly that DUTY for PWM is 8 bits - it is in fact 32 bits - also without that alignment change to rom0.ld - the PWM init code causes a watchdog timeout - all sorted - works - but hopefully Espressif will implement a proper fix - and we STILL don't have a PWM_STOP() command!!! PWM even on 0,0,0 is still running and that can interfere with RGB commands.

Added in 'dtr.py' which will pick up the comm port being used to program the ESP module and then take DTR low then high to generate a reset to the module for programming.

This code forms the basis of IOT modules using ESP8266. Developed on the unofficial programming
environment for ESP8266 on Windows, this code includes TUANPMs MQTT software with minor changes
and essentially allows MQTT or serial control of the ESP - which has inputs and outputs, will
handle both PWM and SERIAL RGB lights and so very much more - all documented in the .DOC file
in this repository. See tech.scargill.net and the article "home control 2016".

Essentially, without modification this should work on ESP-12 boards or any others
with 32Mb (4MB) Flash. See the doc file herein for more info. There now seems little point
in continuing to support the old ESP-01 - and moving to the larger chips allows for OTA programming
which now works well, along with DUAL-SSID support.
