ResMap wrapper

i have run a multibody refinement and wanted to have a local resolution map. i therefore run ResMap on its own and it worked fine. if i do the same from teh wrapper (with the same target resMap and the same volumes (vol and mask) i get an error saying: the Input volumes (MRC/CCP4 format) could not be read. if i do this on an old tandard refinement it works fine (the refinement were done in 2.1)
