Gentle cleaning removes optimiser files from Refine3D

Hi Sjors,

It seems like the gentle cleaning option removes the optimiser files from Refine3D jobs.

This is the same behavior as in 2.1 and normally wouldn't be an issue, but since the addition of multi-body refinement through the GUI this file is now required for subsequent processes.

Would it be possible to change the removal to keep the files needed for the multibody refinement present after the "gentle" clean?
