set2DSlice error

In CCPEM, multiple people are reporting errors in Backprojector::set2DSlice() during Class2D of massive datasets.

Dimension of the data array should be 2 or 3

Interestingly, all particles are fine and the problem is solved by splitting the dataset into smaller chunks. Memory corruption or integer overflow somewhere?
