Hi,

When I run MultiBody refinement with Relion-3 (latest commit) it seems to complete, and claims to have written a composite map (run_class001.mrc), but this file has not in fact been written, and there are no errors or warnings in run.err. Is this the expected behavior? The individual body mrcs look fine.

This is expected. There is no composite map from Multibody refinement. Such a map is not well-defined. I fixed this message in October (94aba040), but is this still the case?

Yes, this screenshot was taken from the latest commit at the time (in December)
