--class flag in relion_reconstruct?

Hi Sjors,

When performing a masked classification of a small region without alignments, I often want to calculate reconstructions of the entire volume (not masked) for each class, so I can look for correlated changes in regions outside the mask.

To do this currently, I run a subset selection job for each class (or just use awk) to create a star file for each class, and then use relion_reconstruct to calculate each reconstruction.

I think it might be useful if either relion_refine had an option to output unmasked volumes during classification, or relion_reconstruct had an option (e.g. a --class flag) to only use 1 or more selected classes in the reconstruction.
