make a file executable

Issue #69 resolved

repo owner created an issue

lets say i have dodo file with a name of ""

To execute it you need to write:

 $ doit -f [<cmd-name>/<task-name>]

It should be possible to:

 $ ./ [<cmd-name>/<task-name>]

for that to work it would require the to include:

   if __name__ == '':
      import doit
      doit.exec( XXX ) # just a short-cut, check
