make a dodo.py file executable

Issue #69 resolved

repo owner created an issue

lets say i have dodo file with a name of "my_tasks.py"

To execute it you need to write:

 $ doit -f my_tasks.py [<cmd-name>/<task-name>]

It should be possible to:

 $ ./my_tasks.py [<cmd-name>/<task-name>]

for that to work it would require the my_tasks.py to include:

   if __name__ == '__main__.py':
      import doit
      doit.exec( XXX ) # just a short-cut, check __main__.py
