In django 1.3.1 django.utils.translation.trans_real._fetch loads all your apps in reverse order.

Trying to import django.utils.trans_real.uggettext from django-jsonfield results in a circular import, specifically when another package imports django-jsonfield, like disqus's gargoyle.

Using django.utils.translation.uggettext_lazy instead fixes the issue.
