s5b filetransfer timeouts while trying streamhosts

1. Clients are negotiate s5b filetransfer
2. Other client sends streamhosts, which include local network ip (192.168.x.x) which is unavailable from babbler located on public network
3. babbler trying to connect that streamhost, waiting long time and I got "Timeout after 25000 MILLISECONDS" and filetransfer failed, while it doesn't try another streamhost yet
4. Everything works fine if other entity does not send local network ip address to babbler
