AvatarChangeListener ONLY fired for own avatar

Following the online avatar tutorial I added sending and receiving of avatars to my chat application. When I start my application, I twice receive MY OWN avatar, but I do not receive avatars of my chat partner. This happens on both ends, i. e. each side is receiving twice the OWN avatar, but never the other's avatar.

    As discussed, this is because a presence subscription is required. Will keep this open to evaluate non-presence-subscription use cases (access model "open", directed presence).
