FileTransfer.transfer() fails due to supposed timeout

The new sample application (FileTransferSender and FileTransferReceiver) fails with supposed timeout while IBB transfer.

    Yes the issue is still valid, because my patch is not a solution, it is just a workaround to gain some time until we find the cause and can provide a real solution.
