The current version of scons supports msvc 14 however the current version of parts only goes up to msvc 12.

So I doubled checked. This seems to be fine. If anything I can clean up the script a little. Can you provide me what is not working for you. Thanks!

Problem is in intelc_win32_any.py line 25. When looking for a toolchain parts loops over a hardcoded list of supported msvc versions.

Ahh. I see. Harder to test with Intel compiler as I lost my easy access to them
