From time to time an empty "distress" message appears in the message list. Since this is not a "real" situation, there is no urgency in fixing this false positive.

Some BD packets are just 1 byte long. They were treated like "standard" BD packets and the content was incorrect. Sometime the content was decoded as containing a new message.
