resolved

Saving to a non-writable directory just gives an unhelpful error message. We should give a decent error message.

OK, at least now it'll give an error message that the directory may not be writable. That's sorta kinda good enough. But Scythebill should work to give a decent default directory, if possible.

Relatedly: see if there's a decent way to get the default folder for Scythebill to not be Scythebill itself on Windows (since the installer is apparently creating a non-writable directory).
