CSV exports may need preference for MM/DD or DD/MM

Depending on the locale and application, the desired output form for month and day in CSV may vary. Consider adding a preference or option somewhere. User report:

"csv format reports, that i open using Numbers (forgot to mention : i use a macbook pro on OSX 10.7.5), date formats are mixed up : when the day is equal or less than 12, date format changes from say 05/01/2013 (mm/dd/yyyyy) to 5 jan, 2013 (date and month inverted"
