Add printing options

Printing is totally inflexible right now, and anyone that wants a more compact format (or, for that matter, more data), has no options to do so.

Scythebill should: - Provide support for adding or removing fields (e.g., location, date, sci. or common name) - Provide support for showing a variable number of reports - Maybe let users "print" as CSV or Excel
