Bird name does not appear in Browse by Location when the bird is monotypic

<b>What steps will reproduce the problem?</b> 1. Go into Browse by Location 2. Select a sighting of a bird that's monotypic (no sep) 3. The name of the bird (common name/latin name) does not appear on top of sighting window, as it does with a non monotypic bird.

<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b> Name should appear, monotypic or not

<b>What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?</b> 9.4.0 on Mac 10.7.5

This was an intentional decision - but that doesn't mean it's right. I can see how this would be confusing and inconsistent. I'll consider changing this in the next version,
