Avisys imports should detect alternate date formats

The Avisys importer blindly assumes "MM/dd/yyyy" date formats. Made sense at the time, as the only samples I'd had used just that format, and Avisys does not appear to publicly document their export format anywhere...

However, it appears that it uses per-region formatting of some sort. Needs more data find out what the possibilities are, though.
