Handle eBird export data with group/subspecies names

Birder's Diary generates entries like:

"Black-and-white Mannikin (Red-backed) nigriceps","Spermestes bicolor nigriceps"

Scythebill knows full well about the subspecies, but right now import makes you resolve these manually (and worse, doesn't let you keep the subspecies data!)
